All add-on services are optional and subject to availability at the time of booking.

2. Confirmation & Payment

• Add-ons will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Prices mentioned are indicative and may vary depending on season, availability, or charges from third-party suppliers.

3. Amendments & Cancellations

• Once an add-on service is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
• All add-on services are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason.

4. Third-Party Services

• Many add-ons (e.g., excursions, activities, transfers) are operated by third-party vendors.
• Spark Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any service lapses, delays, or changes made by these vendors.

5. Travel Documents

• Travelers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.) required for participation in the add-on activities.

6. Liability & Safety

• Guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines of the service provider.
• Spark Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, or unforeseen circumstances during add-on services.

7. Non-Refundable Services

• Certain services (e.g., ticketed attractions, visa processing) are non-refundable once booked, in line with point 3 above.

8. Force Majeure

• In case of events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, government regulations), services may be altered, rescheduled, or cancelled without prior notice.
